Having permanently resided in France since 1999, working on a renovation project of my own and subsequently starting my own building and renovations company, I quickly came across the problem of finding good quality, familiar tools, plant and equipment to assist me in my work. I also discovered that local hire companies were few and far between, with a limited availability on essential equipment and a very rigid approach to their hire criteria. I often found that when hiring an item for the day (8 hrs) I would spend 1hr collecting the item and 1 hr returning it, thus reducing the amount of time I had to complete my work. We all know that job's don't always run to plan and those extra few hours really do matter when you have a project to finish.
We operate from 8.45AM-5.45PM MON-FRI* and 9.00AM-12 NOON SAT*. Collection/delivery of items is also available 7 days a week (by prior arrangement). We have an understanding and flexible approach to our clients needs and if you do not see the item that you require on this site, please ask, as we frequently update our hire catalogue.
So the next time you visit your holiday home in France and need to carry out essential maintenance work, there is no need to bring a car load of tools with you.

* Normal opening hours may on ocassions be interrupted due to unforseen circumstances or holidays. Therefore we advise that all hire machinery is booked in advance.
